Who is responsible
Samtaleterapi online is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at post@samtaleterapionline.no.
When you visit this website
- This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind.
- The booking calendar comes from Cal.com. It is only loaded when you go to book, not when you simply read this website.
- If you switch language, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to me or anyone else.
- The company that hosts the website (Netlify) may briefly log technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
When you book an intro call
Bookings are made through Cal.com, an external service. When you book, you give your name, your email address and the time you choose. I use this only to arrange and hold the call. Cal.com processes the information on my behalf, and its own privacy policy applies on its pages.
When you email me
If you send me an email, I keep your message and email address for as long as needed to reply and follow up. Please avoid sending sensitive details by email. We can talk about those in a session.
If you become a client
Information you share in sessions is treated as confidential. How I store notes and for how long is explained in the agreement you receive before we start.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Send an email to post@samtaleterapionline.no. If you believe your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.
